We stand behind and are responsible for successful outcomes – Value added deliverables are fundamental to our engagements.

The Directors of iNZvest have deep specialisations and relationships with Iwi, property and agricultural sectors. Investments (both passive and active) range from from circa USD300k to USD50m, and include joint ventures, outright acquisition, seed or expansion capital.

iNZvest can assist to establish an entity in line with your prefered structure. Common entities in New Zealand include limited company, limited partnership and descretionary trusts. Under New Zealand company law, the board of a New Zealand company must include a director who is ordinarily resident in New Zealand.
